Great service
I had locked my keys in the trunk of my car and couldn't get them out due to my key fob battery died. So I called AAA and they just happened to be very close to my location and was there in less then 10 minutes. Great service thank you.

Horrible App, used it to request roadside assistance did the complete procedure, sat and waited 4 hours, for a tow truck that would never come, because the app did not submit the request, after 4 hours i called and talked to a person, and within 2 hours, the tow truck came, a total of 6 hours waiting time, in the pouring rain ..... would rate zero stars if i could .....

I like the app but I can't always find out how much I will pay for insurance until it comes out of my account. I would like to know ahead of time so other Bill's don't get left out.

It’s OK for the most part
But right now I have an issue. I have to update my billing information. They give me a number to call so I called the number and it tells me that I can do all this on the app or online if I just sign in, but then it redirect me back to this number, so convenient it's gonna be inconvenient to use

Complete garbage. AAA has left me stranded for 5 hrs now!! The staff keeps giving me the run around and lying about a tow truck in route! You all are failures!!

I removed notifications on this app but I get 1 to 2 or more everyday. I do not want any notifications!
