App OK but clearance sales are borderline scamy. It will tell you about a t-shirt that is on clearance but when you click on it you find out it's only one color one size and everything else is normal. Waste of time looking at clearance items.

What happened to the app?! I can't even find my card, my balance, or even any pertaining credit information?! I couldn't even make a payment!

Changed payment location
Recently the app has changed the location area to make a credit card payment. Before it was very simple: open the app, click on my account, click on manage account. Now, manage account is no longer available and I do not know how to pay my credit card.

Terrible, it's slow and not easily direct able. Hope you haven't signed the check yet! I hate going to shop academy online,got hs internet and still slow.

The app would work as expected, if only the back button worked. When looking at an item, the back button, nor the back arrow work. You're just stuck on the item your looking at. The only way to fix, is to close out of the app completely, and restart it.

The app is never updated. If you think you're ordering something that's their, you pay for it and then the next day it will say that they're out of stock
