This app makes me not want adt
This app is not user friendly and there's very few options. You have to do most things from a computer browser. Waste of money honestly. Will not be re-upping my subscription

Not very flexible
The app doesn't let you easily review old footage. And if too may pictures are taken it'll quit sending to you until you delete the old ones BUT you can't do that from the app, you have to log in online.

Door bell
The door bell camera never shows immediately when the bell is rung! Not a good thing. People are walking away before the app opens

ADT is so frustrating
We have had ADT for years. Upgrades along the way but I am so frustrated again. We have had nothing but frustrating glitches ALL through the years of service w you. For example..the APP and notifications were working as they should an hour ago and then BOOM 💥 the app is shut down and no notifications. I've done all I can to fix this on my end. And I do n't like calling and being asked stupid questions. I know the routine. If if if…you happen to be aware that systems are down, apps not working etc. could you at least figure out a way and give us heads up so we don't waste a day working these frustrating issues. Especially when it is difficult to get a human ADT person out these days for help. You need to review all the horrible reviews and take note - and update and modernize your APP. I have loved the security of ADT and do recommend your company but on the other hand it is so frustrating when things do go awry!
