Login failed
The app worked perfectly, but when I updated it closed my session and doesn't allow me to log in anymore. I know that my login details are correct, so there is no such error on my part. For all other operations, the app works normally

I try to open the app and it asks me to update, I update it and when I open it it asks me to update it, I update it and when I open it it asks me to update it, it's a loop and I can't open the app in any way and I have tickets that I haven't used yet, help!!

Absolutely trash. Won't save your session, logs you out constantly while you're trying to check in for your flight. I've been trying for 2 hours and keep having issues.

It is slow and with error message
Each process is slow in this app. Error messages frequently appear when you want to manage or consult reservation details. For Aeromexico's level, their app should work perfectly, every time.

The process to check in is very tortuous, you have to try 5 [phone] times. It marks an error and you have to start again from 0. I've only managed to do that on 3 of my last 5 flights with Aeromexico.

Terrible application like everything that manages the consolidated of the same owner. It's been 3 times that I fill out the same information and I can't finish the process because the process is restarted for no reason.
