Awful service. Declined for almost any loan after paying on time or early for every purchase that was approved. After expressing my dissatisfaction and wanting to close my account, was not able to. Was told I had an outstanding balance. When they had all been paid off. Still have not been able to close my account, or receive loan when attempting to give another chance.

Money hungry a**holes
My husband and I used affirm for about two years and had no issue. BUT yesterday affirm took out $4,000 from our account that we did NOT authorize. Those payments weren't even in our account. Someone or someone who works there used our information. My husband called and the guy who he talked to laughed over the phone at him. We will definitely NOT be using them in the future even when this is resolved.

This app and the company that runs it, is horrible!!! I will never do business with them again. Their app is hard to use because they keep just sending you around and around and you never get where you need. Then when you call to get help, it's the same thing. You end up having to be direct with few words and stick to saying them over and over. That's the ONLY way to get them to do what you are actually needing them to do. They will suggest a million options other than what you need. STAY AWAY!!

Very bad. No one will answer my questions on why my fifth wheel to gooseneck adapter was returned. Tried contacting Amazon no answer. Try contacting the other individual site that sold the adapter again no answer
