One star. Would have been zero if possible. Never missed a payment and always pay on time but they won't allow me to use my purchases amount. So I deleted my account. This company wont be around much longer anyways. Iykyk 🤷

they ignore you when you tell them a refund is going to a closed account. no response in 4 days is ridiculous.

Very poor customer service!! There was a glitch in their system when I was trying to purchase a gift card and I received an error message that something went wrong. I tried again and that purchase went through. I couple of days later I check my account and see that I was charged for both. I contacted customer service. The reply I got was very dismissive, did not address the issue of the error message, said gift cards were non refundable and asked if my concern was that I wanted a physical card

Terrible
I've been trying all week. It says I have $600 available but I tried buying a $200 order, got declined, tried a $100 order, got declined, tried using it for a $30 order, declined, tried for $10 got DECLINED! But somehow I have $600 available for use? I tried logging out and back in and it froze my account. Talk to customer service to get it unfrozen. In three days they finally unfroze it. Still couldn't order anything though! Declined EVERY time.

Only 3 stars for me
Don't get me wrong I do love this after pay and it is a life saver!!!!! BUT for Amazon after pay tried to make me pay more than what my actual order was. I know a lot of yall are going to be like well she doesn't know how to use it or my balance is too low. No…. It's not low and I do know how to use the app it's only Amazon that does that. Say I want to use after pay for an order that's $117 (which I currently am) after pay wants me to pay $132.66 …which doesn't make sense. Idk weird app when it comes down to certain purchases. Amazing for Temu, shien and other small apps.
