I have several apartments with airbnb and I am disappointed because after respecting the procedure by referring someone I have not received anything and airbnb tells me that I will have nothing. I will therefore avoid sponsorship from now on. Disappointed by this airbnb scam...

Landlord fraud
I lived in the premises for two days. [name] wrote a good review about me. A week after I wrote a review that his apartment [name] (which is true), the owner, out of revenge, provided fake photos of a white pillowcase, which was stained. Although at the time of my stay, the bed linen was blue. That is, the accusations of the owner are absolutely false. I have been using this service for 7 years, but I have never fallen for scammers before. Moreover, the administration does not accept my arguments. And oddly enough, they want to write off $154 for some dirty photo of some dirty pillowcases. Although the cost of living was $ 40 for two days. I repeat, this photo of a white pillowcase has nothing to do with stones. I didn't stain anything.

Deplorable
Honestly, I can't give a positive review of the Airbnb service in general. I had EVERYTHING: the amount of the reservation was debited twice by mistake, the host's account that gets hacked and sends me a scam link to scam me, the AirBnb phone service that is not even able to detect the scam and even encourages me (!) to click on the fraudulent link?! Then booking cancelled by Airbnb a few days before the stay for "security breach" (better late than never...) without any compensation, and who doesn't refund me the entire booking because according to them it was not paid in full?! I am therefore still waiting for the full refund of the amount that was debited to me, with a bank statement to support it.....

Stay Away from this Company
It's the third time they cancelled my reservation.… Totaly untrusted. The owner on the property had sold the property , and they still keeping my reservation with out to notify me. Customer support of AIRBNB is zero. Totally unreliable and unsecured

Woke Co. cancelled a good host
Despite being a super host with 200+ reviews, RealPeteyB123 was locked out of his account and his wedding guest for the weekend has to scramble for other accommodations. They felt despite his nondiscrimination with guests, only ensuring they're not having wild parties , that he was racist based on his political views on 𝕏 but couldn't provide proof. conservative people will be boycotting

First time I was able to make a reservation, unfortunately the catastrophe happened in RS and I had to cancel, to my surprise the APP does not refund the full amount, I think this is an injustice, the city I was going to was inaccessible, there were no conditions to arrive and even so it was not possible to refund my payment. They charged me more than 60% of the amount without being able to enjoy the accommodation. First and only time, if in a situation like this the APP does not give a satisfactory return, imagine for small problems.
