Ridiculous
Can't change settings to cameras ?! Used to be able too! Can't go back longer than 1 month on videos either?! Stupid changes ! It's gonna eat up my loads per month not being able to change settings!

The app is horrible.. takes forever to upload the cameras and will receive notifications late. Alot of the times, it doesn't work. All that for $4000 of equipment that's not the best.

Has become unreliable. Needs my attention now every 2 weeks. Today, app logged me out, and I couldn't log back in. Called support, was told it's an internal issue. Will be looking for a new alarm company now, I've had enough.
