My account has been restricted for 3 months…
I don't even understand the logic behind it but please unrestrict my account. I have uploaded all the needful documents. Texted you and yet im still stranded. It is not only me that is suffering this. You must work on your customer service unless we would stop putting our trust in this back. Very poor.

The app is okay,but the only issue am having is the way this is removing money,if I am to usee ussd to transfer money and there is no network this app will remove the money the number of time I tried using the ussd and still later remove their normal charges,the most annoying part is that,despite the charges they remove I still won't be able to transfer any money due to the network

I have been using alat for over a year now and at some point i stop using for like 6months due to bad business and now that am back in business i can't make any transaction out of alat but i can receive transaction, anytime i try to transfer it keeps telling account not active. Please what do i do, you need to fix this cause my money is just hanged in the app, and also i tried verifying my nin is keep showing error 😥😓

Very bad 👎 😕....I've had this account since last year and I don't really use ...but now that I'm ready to use it and I credited it with a huge amount but I can't use my money... All I see is Debite Restricted, please you guys should resolve the issue... I didn't put my money there for savings i put the money there for spending.....

This is the worst banking app have ever seen,poor network,multiple debit on a single transaction,you cant upload documents until you get to their branch office,so annoying.
