They are a scam. I have paid $200 for a TV stand and received nothing. When I contacted AliExpress, they said seller has shown proof that it was delivered. However, the item was not delivered to my home. The picture that FedEx had on tracking site shows a house that is clearly not my home. I have provided both screenshot from FedEx tracking and my home picture, but AliExpress disregard my proof and still gave my money to the seller. Once I bought a figure for 4000 pesos it never arrived I wanted to make a refund it told me that they had it in a delivery warehouse I searched and searched and it never appeared, my money was lost and they never gave me the refund there are better platforms to buy here they do not solve anything

The crappy ones come quickly, and the ones you need take a month, and if you apply for a refund, they will not refund you even if it is 3 minutes after you place the order, and you will just use the existing site.
