International flights
I was told to be at the airport three hours early to check my International bag. No one is here. Online check-in is not working. I tried twice yesterday even with the agent over the phone twice. They said just to check in at the airport three hours early. To do my bag in the kiosks. The kiosk is not working either. I was told by an agent over the phone that they will be agent arriving at 4:30 AM. I asked why am I supposed to be here at 2 AM then? they insisted the chaos works and someone will be there to assist me, which is a lie. The ticket agent is home in bed where I should be. Two years ago I flew with American. Also I should have learned my lesson then the app sent me to the wrong gates each time so I'm not loading it down again.

Yeah it's just trash. It still freezes at any possible second of usage which might lead to you having issues boarding/getting through security/etc.

Bring Back Trip Name Customization
AA used to allow users to change the Trip Name online, so instead of seeing a list of airports connections (LAX-FLL), you could change the name to "Florida Tril" or something more relevant. As a business traveller this helps versus seeing connections. Please bring this back and will change to 5 stars

App never works
The app is only ever working when I want to book a flight. When it comes to changing a reservation, choosing seats, or making additional purchases in app, it never works. I always have to call customer service which tells me to go to the app and will hang up on me if I tell the automated voice my actual problem, so I always have to say speak to a representative. Then I'm placed on hold for 30mins to over an hour just to tell them there app doesn't work and I need to fix a small problem that the app should be able to handle. It's upsetting and inconvenient. The customer service people also don't select seats for you even when I've paid for preferred seating and ask them to put me in seats then I have to call again or wait till I'm at the airport and pay crazy prices to make sure I have a seat and don't get kicked off the flight. I'm extremely frustrated with the service I have received. On the other hand, my in flight service is always great with American. But everyone else is set up to fail with the faulty app and website.

This airline is trash. I've had to rebook my mother 4 different times just for them to be delayed/canceled. In a single day, she's still waiting to get on the plane as I type this. They forced her to sit on a plane for two hours siting "maintenance " problems, then emergency stopped in Raleigh NC because of fuel concerns, where she has been standing in line for two hours just to go to Charlotte NC to hopefully end up in Florida, 8 hours after she was supposed to.

For whatever reason, even signed out, forced stopped and rebooted its using 10% of my battery daily and a major drain.... Please fix!
