Lack of perks/benefits and hotel travel options
The amount of money you spend with the increase in inflation from the perks they are affiliated with almost does not offset or make it worth having this card. The $200 hotel credit is limited to a select few cities and is not allowed to be used anywhere. Which I believe it should be. It should be a credit and not a luxury cost to be only at select hotels that cost upwards $600. Also when you do try and book with an Amex travel agent, they increase the base prices by a ton, even though if you book through the hotel or flight directly, it's cheaper. the only benefit I would say from this card is cruises. Y'all need to give more benefits or drastically drop the annual cost. In todays economy it's terrible.

No confidence in AE management
I experienced fraudulent charges on my account in January. I immediately notified AE and provided all known details - most importantly, that these were not my charges. There was no adequate security provided by AE to prevent these transactions and now, four months later, AE indicates that these are my charges. Unbelievable. Where is AE management to support their customers? This insanity must stop.

It's so bad that it doesn't even go into the application, I enter everything correctly because the login and password are written down in my notes. It skips further, but then asks you to enter your card details again, and so on in a circle.

Selection of pay it versus plan it
I love the app, but I'd like an option to select the payment I want to make for smaller amounts so I don't have to submit the payment for smaller value multiple times. Example if I have 5 transactions of 10$ each, I don't want o submit payment 5 times. I should select all 5 and make payment in one go. That's what I'd like to see to let the ratings go up for me.

Terrible lying app
This app will tell you that you have buying power and when you use it will change after the charges have been made abc not pay the charge.. when you call they will act like you are crazy dvd not help you!! Do not trust this App!!
