There are definitely some missing features and the notification sync has some work to be done to match the quality of Airline apps. I also would like to see points awarding history and total past trips display in the app.

It's okay for what it is. Amtrak should make it easier to view receipts from past trips in the app and on their website. It does not make sense to clear past trips from My Trips and hide them in a profile section called My Transactions. Only for my transactions to not show the actual cost of each trip.

Needs work
Booking on the app is convenient but something changed recently and it no longer lets me add the reservation to my calendar, which is very frustrating. Also frustrating is that there's no good way to see a map of the route so that you can figure out where you are on the route or whether you should get the train to another stop.

Glitchy and clunky. When I check email on phone where my required login verification code is the app makes me cycle back out of the login process, so I can't login...
