This app is appalling! I have to keep exiting the app after I add family members as it doesn't register until I go back in. I'm doing this every single time. Also, the app keeps crashing and making my tree disappear. I've cleared cache, I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, and I'm still having problems. Please sort this out ASAP.

Formally happy customer
I got an ancestry dna kit for Christmas and was loving being able to access everything on the ancestry app until suddenly found out all the things I had access to were being disabled and only accessible if I had a paid account. Now also I can't access my traits at all as the server is constantly down. The kit purchased was the particular kit that also did traits and I'm getting emails saying new traits added but can never access. Not happy

I love how you ask if a person is related but I really don't like how you don't show the whole tree I've made. You only show one family at a time I want the whole marriages and everyone.

Relationship info don’t work
I can download ok with pics and info But when i go to profile and try to see Relationship to see how we are related pop up says to go to settings and fill out were it says who you are I did that it's done right But don't work 😞getting ready to delete all WHAT IS Going ON? Help Me Please 🙏 Every time I try to see the relationship it say who are you fill out The who is are in tree sitting I have done that I have took off App and down load everything again It serves me crazy 🤪 HELP!

YOUR FACEBOOK SOCIAL MEDIA PERSON IS LYING THROUGH THEIR TEETH. THERE WAS NO SPECIFIED TIME ZONE. UNETHICAL DECEIVING COMPANY!! False advertising for the Mother's Day sale. I tried buying three DNA kits, 5/12 at 11:30pm local time, and they were regular priced even though it was stated the $39 sale price was supposed to go on until 11:59pm. Extremely disappointed and discouraged from ever using the service because of that. False advertising.
