I have been playing this game for years and then just now when I wanted to log in it won't let me in even though I'm using the right password and username and I know I had a Gmail account attached because I wasn't a guess user but even when I put in the right Gmail it still won't work

Super hard to cancel sub after free trial
Been following their instructions but the app doesn't show in subs. But then they still charged my card. Pretty scammy.

This game used to be really fun when I was younger and I saw something about it so decided to re download it for nostalgia, however, all of my stuff was gone. I think it's unfair that everything gets wiped after a year because if you spent money and time on something it shouldn't just delete because you haven't been on in a while. Very disappointing as it used to be a very good game, I think you should change it so everything gets wiped with permission or a refund with all the money you spent.

A really fun, nostalgic game that i played since 2017. The game is really educational whilst still keeping it fun for all ages. I used to have membership but I believe that its quite expensive for what you recieve in it. The game is overally great however I believe that many items are very expensive and lots of things that you can purchase are for paying-only customers which is quite unfair for others. One thing that I also think should be changed is the security since you can get hacked easliy.

i used to play this game religiously before and during quarantine, and how its changed since then is astonishing. it just feels like the developers got lazy. the new animals don't look as good, events are constantly reused, and thats not even mentioning the fact that so many things have been locked behind the membership paywall. want to get membership for free? have fun grinding the games for hours on end for 5 sapphires. its so stupid. inflation of beta items worth is insane too.

Changing player username without consent
My username was changed and they say its because its violating rules while it isnt, when i wanted to log in Game it said that my already changed by someone nick need to be again changed, im not returning also logging is troublesome because there is no way to log by just e-mail, how im supposed to remmeber nick created years ago, really i thought this Game is fun and all but i changed my mind because they dont allowed me to play peacefully, changed my nick out of nowhere without any this nick is not right because no just someone thought its good idea to change it, why its all about these parents email etc, why there is no way to create account for someone that is already adult, also they added too much real money paying for cosmetics and other things and i Think thats all

Pretty good game overall however, the game gets very laggy and today I logged into my account to find ALL my sapphires missing. I had around 200 and they all just vanished. Turns out I was hacked and when I went to the help page it made getting hacked sound like it was MY fault. Overall that game is pretty good but it made a bad situation worse.
