Too dark
Would use this app a lot more if the picture wasn't so dark - why can't this be fixed? I like some of your original programming but what's the point in continuing my subscription if it's too dark to watch enjoyably

Frustrating user experience
Review: The Apple TV app is extremely frustrating to use. Often you can't tell from the thumbnails of the series which episode or season you are in. This makes it very tedious to keep track of everything and find the desired content quickly. Please improve!

Why do I have to pay and watch without translation
Why do I pay every month for Apple TV+ and watch without translation? Previously, everything was translated A little more and there will be no point in subscribing

Buggy
Only device this platform works well on is a cell phone or tablet. Lots of issues with tvs. So bad that it won't work for days especially with new episodes. Only waited 80 percent of the time

Draconian Refund Policy
As an Apple TV user from day one I have purchased hundreds of movies and TV shows. Occasionally a mistake was made and and I was issued a refund. No longer. A year a ago I accidentally purchased a movie I didn't want. Not Eligible for a refund. No bid deal—it was 4.99. However after upgrading to a new 4K Apple TV unit I inadvertently purchased a movie for 24.99. This was due to to extremely sensitive mousepad type remote (I have since changed my settings to require a passcode for each purchase). After two attempts and a call to Apple support I have been informed “Not eligible for a refund”. So in other words Apple no longer issues refunds for mistakenly purchased media. I might add - and I hate to play this card—I'm disabled and living on a (very) fixed income. So user beware—the Apple is now wormy.

Disgusted!
Since the update! Everything is messing around, Apple TV with the HomePods doesn't work anymore! iPhone 14 this afternoon no more connection! Tomorrow its going to be what!
