I'm glad I'm paying but can't use it except for when you hackers aren't busy using it and have the nerve bit by bit to remove everything. I'm tired of dora and her other friends being on here as it I was watching it. No channels work can't watch anything and now just loading ESPN Latino although I don't speak Spanish or watch sports.

Not very affordable

Tried resetting my password, restarting tv & WiFi. Doesn't wanna stream on my Samsung tv.

The app on the Apple TV takes forever to load up and tune to channels, frequently complaining about network congestion that doesn't exist. Every single streaming app I use operates flawlessly on my connection, EXCEPT for Directv. There frequent sync problems where the video is minutes behind the audio, and it can take up to a minute to change channels. I have other apps where I can stream even 4K content without a single hiccup, to include flawless channel changing, and all network tests show more than enough bandwidth to handle anything, so the problem definitely rests with DirecTV's app. These issues have been introduced over the last year, because I never had these issues before with earlier versions. As an IT Professional, I can assure you that the problem is NOT with my network.

Do not like the way pigeons are used in latest commercial, they are disgusting birds and use disgusting dialogue, not a very good representation of a billion dollar company like yourselves 👎 ✍️😑😝

Won't work literally half the time. I have to close the app 5 times and maybe I'll get lucky and it'll work. An everyday occurrence.

Lagging and slow uploading is an issue

I am out of town and using the app on my iPad. Once I have watched a recorded show I can't delete it. It gets a bit cumbersome to try to figure out if you have seen the show. You should add a way to delete the show on the app.

We experience a LOT of technical errors, delays, slowdowns, etc while watching and using directtv
