Waited in [phone] minutes to order because the app has the wrong closing time. After waiting I ordered a regular pretzel so I could use my reward. They told me they were out, so I said pretzel bites were fine. They added up my order then could not scan my reward. They said it was for a small pretzel nugget, I said that was fine and they said they were out of small pretzel nuggets, but not regular size. I am not going to stand in line and argue that doesn't make sense and the difference is $.50 s

Because our store is with Jamba juice it does not honor the pricing, rewards or even the specials. So everything was rung up as a single price item instead of as a combo as advertised in app. Love the product but the app is useless at the store.

Disappointed
It's bad enough you got rid of my favorite pretzel glazin raisin and the regular pretzel dog. I started eating the cinnamon sugar. Hardly any cinnamon sugar is on the pretzel these days. They don't taste as fresh. The mini pretzel dogs aren't bad but now it's too much for me to eat. And what's with the girls not asking if you want a small or large If you don't mention it, let's assume they want a large. 😡 The only thing I care to get these days is the lemonade. Very disappointed.

The app
when I was at Auntie Anne's, I saw that there was a get the app get a free pretzel deal. But after I downloaded the app there was NO FREE PRETZEL TO BE SEEN and now I'm sitting here lonely with no pretzel!!!!!

App won’t let me sign up 🤷🏽♀️
I would like to use this app but I can't. When I fill out the required information it won't let me register and continue , oh well I guess 🤷🏽♀️

Poor/no service at St Louis airport
No pretzels available. After waiting 10 minutes the pretzels were put in the display case. Still no service. Four employees milling around not acknowledging the people waiting in line. The staff member who finally took the order was curt. How many? Is all she said. Failed on all of the HART standards.

Went for mother's day to Auntie Anne's to use the buy one get one free coupon that I received on the app. Cashier scanned it and said the coupon failed. I wasn't able to pull up the coupon once I clicked away from the screen. I had another coupon for bogo but the app said I had already claimed the max allowed coupons in one day. I had to pay full price for both pretzels. What's the point in offering something & not honoring it. I drove over an hour & half just to reach the store. Such a rip off.

My location scan gun doesn't work so I was unable to receive my free Mother's Day pretzel. Maybe next time it will be fixed.

Manager is very short and rude. When I asked what her name was I was told that she couldn't tell me because of HIPAA. First time I have ever heard this other than in an healthcare facility. Also….will only let your redeem 1 reward every 4 hours. If you earn rewards…you should be able to use them whenever you would like. One gentleman that worked there was very kind and nice, but others were rude and nasty.
