Not happy with the app. I am currently expecting a delivery via Startrack Express and being a subsidiary of Aust Post you can use the app. Sounds good except I was informed by the app yesterday that the parcel was on board for delivery that in the same minute it was delivered at the processing centre. I called and was informed that it had been handed to a 3rd party to do the actual delivery. No way of finding out delivery time or finding out what company is doing the delivery. No good.

BEYOND INSANE..!
OK AUSPOST EXPLAIN THIS ONE.. Book ordered from BigW Southland delivered to Dandenong South. Distance approx 20kms Took 5 days with tracking Via- Sunshine Tullamarine airport Sydney airport Chullora NSW Sydney airport, again Tullamarine airport, again Sunshine, again Dandenong South, finally. W T F……..!!!!!! This is clinically INSANE..! My parcel got a free trip around Australia, next time I'm going to put myself in a box and send it next door via Auspost, I need a nice trip around Australia. AND YOU WANKERS WONDER WHY YOUR NOT MAKING ANY MONEY..!!

Worst experience for me
I paid express post for both mine and my partners Oodie. He got his one day after we ordered it and mine was supposed to come the same day but now I had to wait longer for mine. Probably the worst customer service experience I've ever seen

Worst delivery service ever
I had so many parcels that took months to get delivered. And some were even lost. I wish companies and retail stores would use other delivery services. I wouldn't chose auspost by choice. The delivery people have no respect for the parcels they either throw it. Leave it in a place that's not saved where the whole world can see it. To be honest I am always concerned when I know a delivery is coming through Australia post.
