Avis is awful lately
I am automatically logged out each time. Then I have to call to have my account unblocked. I just waited on hold 19min! after a person said they would be right back to help me This was my 5th call in a row What's going on Avis- terrible customer service and my rentals have been disappointing lately as well!

Good rental process, app is ok for the most part except for sharing receipts. I get a prompt saying I need storage permissions. I open the settings but there is no storage related permissions to grant. And no, it's not called Media, or Photos, or anything related. I tried assigning all available permissions and this did not fix the issue. I tried 3 times to contact their specified email address for Support and it bounced back all 3 times.

Cant get app to work
I have tried twice to enter a reservation. And it will not take it! And now it is asking me for a nickname and everything I enter is taken so it will not proceed.

Everytime i try to login it makes me reset password so even if i do reset password. It makes me reset password again when i put in the new one

It keeps messing up my login and I have to call in to Avis to get my account reset. When I forgot password it goes to the browser and the form it takes me to is totally not functional.

App rarely has reservation readily available. signs-out very quickly. when yting to book car with points it only allows one day or no days, no matter how many days of points selected it just cycles each time you update and save.

I called the number for the Avis location where I had reserved my vehicle. I was told by a live agent that the location would be open until 7pm. When I arrived in was closed. They evidently closed at 5pm. I am now stuck without transportation because a live agent told my bad information.
