easier interface.
Simple UI /UX considerations. e.g, I reorder nearly 15 repeats. Being able to select/tick medications and reorder once as opposed 15 times is of same actions Making manual text boxes larger utilising white space and scroll down.

Next appointment in 2 weeks
Since you claim that your “service” is rated on App Store I will give a service review: 2 weeks waiting times to book an appointment with a Nurse, not a GP. Appointments then get cancelled and maybe rescheduled for another day if you're lucky. This service used to be great. Now it's absolutely terrible.

The availability is dire
It used to be really good that you could get a virtual appointment the same day or within a few days at most. Now it's about 2 weeks.

Telephone app
I have booked my first telephone appointment through the app. I have received notification that the doctor is running late. 20 min later I received One signal of the phone I call. Didn't even manage to answer . Very poor service . I am still not sorted

Great app but “add to calendar” requires all permissions.
Great app that I use regularly. Unfortunately the button to add to calendar requires to give the app full access to Calendar app where it only needs add only permission. Please change your requirement

Misdiagnosis and consistently cancelled appointments
In November I got misdiagnosed for a scaphoid fracture (I broke my hand). They said it was fine. We're now 6 months down the line and I'm about to have my 2nd corrective surgery because it was misdiagnosed. Recently I have used them for vaccination appointment and over 69% of my appointments have been cancelled. Utterly useless.

App never works
This app is terrible. It was much better when it was Babylon. Everytime I try to make an appointment or reorder a prescription it gives an error message. I've tried using the chat option to send a message and it only shows a blank page. It's really frustrating and a waste of time and resources to have to call instead of using the app. Please fix these issues.
