Wish it was better
So dated and not very straight forward Wells Fargo app is so much more user friendly. I've been searching for several minutes why there's a notification on my app with 1 on it no where in the app indicates where this notification is so frustrating. Had same notification on Wells's app was easy to locate and read messages and clear notifications. Still can't find what your notifying me about. App needs overhaul

unable to disconnect things i don’t want
i have no use for insights or erica. feel like banking online is more about marketing stuff to me then me banking. i didn't have all this marketing on my First Republic online banking.

Deceptive and predatory BOA practices
I just want to pay my mortgage. Who would've known this was such a monumental, circuitous, dangerous, and deceptive path! But, apparently Bank of America makes this so by the business practices that they employ. I know a large mortgage will hit on the X. So on that day, I cash app transfer over the amount needed for that mortgage bill. However, BOA always seems to hold this particular cash app deposit (others are applied instantly), until my mortgage bank asks for the mortgage payment. Of course, it gets denied… With my mortgage bank request, and BOA's denial disappearing from the account as if it never happened. Of course you won't know that until you hit with either late fee or worse… A big hit on your credit score.. this has happened too many times for me to believe it was a flute… But it is it something done purposely by BOA. If I wanted to find out how many times this actually happened… Meaning, how many times my mortgage bank requested the payment and Bank of America denied it because of whatever reason, including insufficient funds… I will never never be able to find that my Bank of America online account or the statements that I received. It is quietly rejected and removed from the account… Almost secretly, as if it never happened… But it did happen… Very most indeed did… With repercussions… That Bank of America apparently cares nothing about insensitively nothing about it that they delete it from existence.

Least user friendly app EVER
Try to get a live person on the phone, I dare you! Try to update or verify your contact information, I dare you! Customer service representatives are no help whatsoever because they want you to use the app. AI (Erica) is no help because it is limited in capacity. I spent more than an hour on hold only to be hung up on. Twice! The phone system makes you jump through hoops without being helpful. If you press the wrong key, the phone system says goodbye! And hangs up on you.

PLEASE FIX!!
I usually like this app pretty well, but one of the main things that irritates me is every time I want to go back to the main home screen, I click the accounts button, but it just takes me to the homepage for that account I'm already looking at instead of taking me back to the main account screen with all the different accounts. I either have to use my other hand or reach all the way across the phone with my thumb to get back to the main page. Also the Apple Watch functionality is forever bugged. It always stops working after 30 days no matter what I do unless I completely uninstall the app (doesn't matter how many times I login via the password within the 30 days). If these issues are addressed I would give it five stars! Thanks for your time.

would give this app zero stars if I could. So complicated and disorganized on the back end that I can't even log on and make a payment, arguably the only thing you really want to do in an online banking app

Unable to sort payee list alphabetically
Recent update affected payee sort. Now it is difficult to find payee on list as the sort order seems to be completely random. Please fix.

Why is autopay so bad?
They decided to remove autopay statement balance without warning I believe so that more people will forget and have to pay interest. Very shady tactic considering they used to have this feature and every other credit card/banking app I've ever used like Chase and Capital One has this feature. Not to mention the app is just unresponsive and the UI is confusing to navigate and the voice assistant isn't useful for anything other than pulling up account details because it's hard to dig through the menus upon menus for basic information.
