No UX at all, to add payer l spend maybe 10 min and tipe my pin maybe 4 times. I really hate it. Its Viber in banking app world. Jesus, impossible get how someone created this

This is the worst bank I have ever had. I can't even take a statement on my account. It takes 2 working days to receive one. We are not in the 19th century anymore. What a joke.

Very basic. Missing lots of features. Ui design not the best. FYI check out the Ulster Bank App to see what you should be aiming for. May 24 unable to login via app Again!!!

Could be better
Why does it have to be portrait? It is annoying to have to turn your iPad to approve a transaction, even more so when the app loses connectivity.

Works OK, but why so much data?
Lately, I have found that they app has become more stable and have not found any major issue with its basic features. However, why does it look to backup so much data to iCloud? At the moment, it is using up 2Gb of data on iCloud. Much more than any of my other apps. Everyone only gets 5Gb space on the free tier with iCloud so this is considerable. If I don't back it up, I will have to go through the rigmarole of signing in/ re registering the app on my phone again if o have to restore it.
