Lots of issues
Message service via the app keeps saying ‘sorry service not available right now' when you are in the middle of a conversation. Lots of small issues like this that do not get addressed and have been ongoing for over a year. Like when you transfer from one account to the other you have to log out and log back in to see the updated balances. This app could take a lot of good features from the Chase app which is much better. For instance, it allows you to see both balances of accounts when making internal transfers and login in is much quicker because it doesn't have a silly moving image that is taking up memory.

Barclays Banking App Problems
The app is good but there are small problems like the Face-ID doesn't work , I can't send money, the notifications aren't working and I can't freeze my card or report a possible scam.

Can’t copy paste information
Big drawback is that one cannot copy & paste from one app to Barclays app (sort code or account number), so it's wasting one's time and increasing the chances of making a mistake. Such a basic feature, not sure why Barclays don't have that

Mortgage
I'm wanting to change my mortgage rate and online it states to do it through the app as it's quicker. There's no statements ever available to see and no options of any mortgage rates. 😡

Awful support chat functionality
Every time you switch to another app - it closes support chat and clears your message. It's SO ANNOYING!!! You try to look something up during answering and it keeps wiping your message! It doesn't allow to copy paste text from outside, even if you wrote it already in a notepad either. And sometimes during writing it just can say - oh, you are disconnected - and wipes your message again. Man, that's the worst chat functionality I've ever seen!!!

Cannot delete saved payees
Still unable to delete Payees within the App. Still ‘we're working on it' The app works great otherwise.
