I use this app to pay my bill and manage my transactions. I can pay my bill which is nice but managing my transactions is a pain. Some transactions disappear when it goes from Temporary Authorizations to Posted Transactions. I thought I was going crazy at first then I realized transactions would temporarily disappear making it hard to manage my spending.

Slow, unstable and generally not very reliable. Often takes a couple of days for transactions to post, unlike the more modern apps from bigger card companies banks which are nearly instant. Forget using this on weekends - it doesn't update at all until Monday morning. The CONSTANT user verifications are clumsy and intrusive. Login is hit or miss, frequently timing out or popping an error msg telling you the server is unavailable. Overall this app falls well short of the industry standards.

If I could rank this company negative stars I would. Worst customer service. Hidden fees. Had to jump through hoops just to try to pay a bill. 0/10 would NOT recommend!

Cannot scroll through all transactions after latest app update. It's so slow you just give up on it altogether 🤷🏼♂️

Not great after latest update
Since the latest update the app does not load or I can't login. Doesn't seem to be just one mode of login either, facial ID or password renders the same result.

Right now the app is not letting me to log in ... biometrics don't work and is making all security questions and then logs me out.

More trouble than worth
Multitude of functional and software issues. Every login is met with “account not found”, “an error has occurred”, “banking temporarily unavailable”. Takes almost 40 minutes to pay off a $100 bill. Will be closing my account ASAP.

Hate new format
The format for transaction activity has changed and is essentially unusable when click “see all”. Unable to transactions stacked in a manner that I have to click on each individual item to see date of transaction. Old version looked same as first page with smaller text allowing for date as well as more transactions per page. Please fix. This version is just awful.
