This app is useless for shopping. Login almost never works. It's OK for viewing the various store catalogs, but it's such a clumsy, poorly put together experience it has often put me off before even getting started. This is one of the worst apps I've ever seen, by far the worst shopping app. It's hard to think this is by such a big company as TFG. It's been bad from inception, which makes me think they just don't care.

Nightmare shopping on Bash. Wait for delivery and wait even more to return items. Cannot log return on App. Long process of emails back/forth. Bash won't assist with courier queries. Even more emails back/forth. You will end up with unwanted items you can't return. Terrible online shopping experience which should be quick and painless!

Poor performance
Unable to login - Slow server responses. Unable to checkout when you can login with error messages that don't correlate. No call center number to contact anyone directly for I deal with issues

The Bash app is so glitchy when it comes to processing online orders. Sometimes it throws you out or you can't get past collect to pay it just stops processing.
