The app is useless

I placed an online order last Friday. It was to be delivered Sunday. I was told the order was on the way on Sunday. Then we were told the order could not be delivered. We were having heavy rain in our area, so I completely understand why it was not being delivered. But, today, Monday, I was told my order had been returned and I was issued a refund. I didn't understand. This is where it all went bad. Best Buy does everything in their power to have you use a live chat instead of allowing me to speak to a customer service rep. This was not a horrible process, but my issue was not resolved. I tried calling my local store, which was who was fulfilling my order. They don't let you do that. I was transferred to a live rep. She confirmed that what I experienced was normal protocol. I was instructed to reorder my items. I had paid with Best Buy Rewards certificates, and didn't understand how to do that. The rep transferred me to the credit card people. They were unable to view this transaction, so he said he would transfer me to someone else. The recording requested my transfer code and I didn't have one. I hung up. I searched online for a phone number to the local store. Each time I called, it was busy. My choices on the phone were stated: call again, or end the call. Why would I EVER shop or spend my money with Best Buy after this ordeal? There are so many online stores that make it easy and pleasant to order items. Who ever decided to cancel and refund orders that are returned from the delivery folks made a bad choice for customer satisfaction. Deciding to make a paid customer go through a maze to find out what happened to their order, was a bad choice. I will spend my money elsewhere.

The new app design is just Amazon. Why be a copy and not just keep your old layout. Now everything is somewhere different and not easily found compared to old layout.

This application is very bad, it always gives problems when entering and when you search for something in the magnifying glass nothing comes up, it stays loading. They should work more on updates to avoid these problems.

But you can't find the app for sure, it's just that you try to open any search and it never opens......

The application is very bad, it does not work or show the products and it is left charging but neither the products nor the price. Definitely terrible application. definitely the store doesn't care about fixing that application problem.
