Keep getting logged out but it's still letting me play and taking my money I have wasted hundreds on this site without knowing anything was wrong

On multiple occasions they marked winning bets as losers and then I have to chase them for weeks to get them to do anything about it. I am still owed money that they've not paid.

Apps slow as f*** but part from that 10/10

Easy why use an app that doesn't let you watch the races you want to watch spoke to girl about this and got a load of gobbledegook nah better firms/ prices/ guaranteed to be able to watch what it says on the tin but it's your choice!!!

The app is as poor as the shops. They take hundreds and thousands of pounds off cusomers but fk about with TV screens so they can frustrate customers and staff in shops taking money and complaining they are playing games when supposed to take bets giving off negative energy.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with spent 2 hours trying to fix a problem they said was on my end and after finding out the problem was on there end and pointing this out to them haven't had a reply in over 3 weeks if you have any problems don't go to customer service you might as well watch paint dry

Spent £40 on one game hit bonus Severn times each time game acted like it didn't and just didn't take me to bonus but not happy and if you look into witch company's sell details of people this one keeps coming up a lot so wouldn't trust it

It's absolutely hysterical how the app runs so smoothly when you're staking money but the INSTANT that you want to use free spins, withdraw funds or unlock some sort of promotion the entire app takes forever to load and crashes. Clearly some sort of scheme in play so people close down the app and lose their promos or use the funds in their account instead of withdrawing.
