Easily the worst app BY FAR
This app never opens on the first try. I uninstall it daily to try to fix the issue. The other annoying thing are my bets failing to[address] No problems with FanDuel, ESPN Bet or Bet365

Promotions teasers aren’t really. AVOID!
I've been using the app for about 2months. 50% of my bets used promos/boosts. It was the main reason I used their app over the countless others but there is a clear problem now… When you open the app to their “home” tab, you see the promos/boost offers at the top, but when I visit the “promos” tab they aren't offered. I opened up a chat with them and they said, “those are just ads, they don't apply to you”. What?! Really?! Why show “promos” if they aren't available to everyone?! I'm withdrawing my money and deleting the app because their shady tactics aren't worth my time or money. I've confirmed others are seeing the same things. We will go elsewhere to bet. Bye bye MGM!

Im constantly deleting and reinstalling app just to make bets after my log in times out. It doesn't allow first half parlay bets or 2nd half. I show people at the sports book and they are just as confused why it doesn't allow certain bets. I'll try and make a bet after I just submitted one 30 minutes before and it will say can't confirm my location resulting in me deleting the app.

Location error
In game betting I always get a location error so I can't bet the bet I want. Ended up downloading another companies app and it has no problems with my location so I use that app way more

Had to uninstall the app. Promotions appear on the home page banner after logging in, but apparently are not necessarily available to the user. Already reached out to customer care before posting this and they confirmed the same. Bait and switch model so the app will no longer have my business until this is fixed.

Was a five star now a 2 star. Keep getting an error saying the maximum number of picks reached. Thet say we working on it. But never let me know anything and can't make any bets. It's a known issue, and somehow they can't fix it. Sounds like an excuse to be honest.
