Will close account without notice, keep deposit and winnings
Made my deposit and started winning. When trying to withdraw they locked my account and required me to send personal information through unsecured email. After giving in they denied me access. Explained to me they could do whatever they want in according to the terms. To late for me but you've been warned.

Got screwed hard
They basically stole my money from me. I had $80 in “betr bucks” and one day they sent me an email saying they would be removing all betr bucks within 24 hours. I didn't see it and they were gone. Even if I did see it, why would they expect me to bet $80, of money I was given through promotions, all in one day?? That's insane to expect that. They refunded me $20 of betr bucks but that does very little in the grand scheme of it.

Deposit
I really want to try this app but unfortunately I can't. Out of all the sports books this one has the most restrictions on how you can deposit. When I do use the methods they prefer it says an error has occurred with my deposit. I can then go right over to DraftKings, FanDuel, or bet MGM and use that same payment method and it works. I want to use it but I can't even deposit money to try it.

Can Not Get My Deposit & Withdraw Issue Resolved
Not terrible, just be sure to use a consistent long term account to deposit money to the app. I can't get a debit card that I don't use anymore off my account. I can deposit from multiple accounts, but when it comes to me wanting to withdraw my winnings into a certain account it only gives me the option to receive it through the old account that is no longer in use. It's been well over a week now, and I still have not gotten any helpful responses from the given sources, and .then there's always that possibility but I could be missing something so simple… Other then that everything seems pretty decent

Terrible gaming app and the customer service is even worse. Keep your money and go with a legit betting app. 4 days after I joined they started a new promo, wouldn't even honor it. I already reported this app and it honestly doesn't surprise me they have so many 1 star reviews. Read them and stay far away from this so called (sports betting app).
