Scooters that stop in the middle of the road during use. Impossible to stop my journey during the breakdown. I had to bring the scooter to a [address] No customer service to intervene in an emergency. Despite several reports, I have still not been contacted for bird customer service. I'm waiting to see if I have an answer soon to modify my comment.

Random charge that Customer support would not account for
Ill keep it short, but the way they design the payment is a obvious money grab in which they take advantage of not being on top of their policy and forms of pay. they charged me an extra 32 dollars without reason and when contacting customer service and even the personal email they did not even account for the random charge, and just gave me half of what i was charged extra for unused time All around the worst public transport experience ive had, and the customer service and cryptic formats for helping or resolving your issues were even worse. Theyll probably respond to this with an automated message the way they responded to all my questions and needs…

I think it's terrible if there is money on it in the app, but since the card doesn't have it anymore... And that's why you can't start the scooter. So for me, it's a big disappointment.

Insufficient help in the event of a problem. Negligible help offered and the case ended without the expected result. Failure to comply with their own terms and conditions and the laws they offer, so why add them... Nothing but to the court! You claim that you can remove the bird+ subscription from the menu from the application, but there is no such option. Impudence!!!

This whole company just rips you off. They will overcharge your account even when you're not using the scooters!! I've filed a report, I've sent emails, and no one has responded nor tried to help… they don't care.

Horrible. A scheme to withdraw money from people. I had never used it before and installed it to try it out. I ended up spending 10 times more than I was willing to because the map is not enlightening on the places to park and stop charging money. I wanted to stop using and spending money but I couldn't find the point on the map to do so and that is not easy to interpret on purpose. NEVER AGAIN.
