Settings filtering should be simpler and easier. Only the female driver should have the option of filtering the female passenger setting. You'd better improve the app settings and filtering

I always try to travel by blablacar, lately it was being canceled, but it was just updating the application and re-registering the documents that everything worked out.

Undue payment
I made a trip where in the app it showed an X value and to the driver (DRIVER) It showed another one, so she says. I was embarrassed by what happened and having to pay an amount more than I was, I would like a return of that!

The app's proposal is excellent. However, it does not offer stability to either the drivers or the passengers, as both can cancel the trip at any time, without any penalty! On one occasion, after spending 2 hours waiting for a driver he simply called me saying he was going to take another road 🤷🏼 ♀️, another time the guy canceled 10 minutes before the trip 👀, the same passenger can book with more than one driver and the poorly rated user can delete the profile and create another one.
