The app refuses to mark any clips after day of as viewed. I can't even delete the old clips either. It's also been failing at updating the picture of the camera, which we have to do daily because of missed time frames if not done regularly.

There's a lag in alert time to real time started couple of months ago only happens with samsung s24 plus my ipad is ok. Need to update your app

I'd rate it negative if I could. technician needs to supplement the nose candy with fruits and vegetables. he keeps messing with stuff that's perfectly fine instead of working out the kinks that need fixing. had to Uninstall app , front door notification was stuck on repeat. . 5,000 notifications one after another

There is a lot of lag in the app. And the cameras are taking a long time to load. Sometimes it won't open the recent clips it has taken. And my cameras keep saying the wifi is too far from them camera. We haven't moved anything. Our cameras are in the same spot since October of last year & modem is in the same spot as well

"Another action in progress, try again in a few moments." Get used to seeing that message most times you try to start a live view. Also, get used to getting kicked back to the main menu most times you try to enable or disable a camera. Or expect to see a forever spinning circle when you try to access your clips. I basically have to close and reopen this app all day long in order to use it. Just when you think it can't get any worse, it does. Wish I would have gone with a different camera system.

Disastrous, when the month of trial passes that only works being in the house and not outside it is already a total disaster, you try to make a subscription and nothing you can no longer access the account you created.
