This app used to be the best back then but recently it has become a nightmare for crypto users, how on earth will you withhold user funds for over 5 days, claiming that the trading account has been placed to def only wallet and the funds can't be accessed or used, their support system is the worst ever with no positive feedback after sending tons of messages. It a zero star for me

System is jammed up

After the update, no more account data loads

It's too complicated when I bought tokens through drefi wallet,then I sold my tokens but the money hidden so I lost my money about 100 €, the support doesn't help me, finally I lost my balance,expenses fees for each operation to buy or sold tokens 8€ maybe more😏

I've been contacting customer support for years now concerning my coins that I can't withdraw from my blockchain account and nothing has been done about it
