Can't get login in page to load past the bmo screen. Tried to reload app, update, and restarted device still can't get app the work as off 5/4 please fix asap

Stranded with Unworking Debit Card. No way to get help! In Greece and no ATM will work! No way to reach BMO for help! Have to starve for 3 days until flight.

It doesn't work, and they won't do anything about it. I was afraid that this would happen after Bank of the West was absorbed by BMO.

By far one of the worst bank apps I've used. When it was Bank of the West the app was reliable and stable. It gave me over 10 years of no issues at all. Now only one year with Bmo the app is slow and it keeps logging me off and asking me to verify I'm the user. So ridiculous. I hate when apps don't think about thier clients.

Transaction on hold too long
After charging at any place with ATM card the money is on pending for too long instead it should be out in couple hours or within the same day also when using outside teller machine it should give customer an option to end transaction or to move on for another instead it ends transaction automatically when money is ejected holding on money clip. Please fix these two things.
