app very glitchy today

My sister ordered an expensive dress for her nurse's graduation ball from DressMeZee. She asked me to return as wasn't right for her. I suffer extreme anxiety in crowds or busy places. The day I returned I struggled to find the email from my sis with the return qr code, post office was very busy , therefor I typed her email in and an email with a qr code came up straight away, with relief I quickly showed the woman who scanned it, and took parcel from me to return. Later when my sister got home from placement, she noticed the return receipt said boohoo! I had foolishly used a qr code from 2022 for boohoo!! Between my nerves and no specs I haven't seen the date. My sister contacted boohoo that same day and explained the situation, they said they would return the item back to us when they received it. My sister got an update soon as the parcel was received and signed for by boohoo! My sister contacted again showing the updates from Royal Mail, they then told us they hadn't received it and they aren't obligated to return items that are sent to them by mistake! We were happy to pay delivery costs as of course it was my fault but after them lying multiple times saying they hadn't received anything they cut the chat off and have been doing so for the past few days now! I have contacted myself and haven't even had a reply once I stated I sent an item from DressMeZee to them by mistake, they stopped replying to me via iMessage and have continued ignoring me! I feel the ignorance is down to my sis ordering clothing from somewhere else! Which is really unprofessional and petty behaviour from a business! My sis spends more money on boohoo than any other site as does the rest of the women in our family, who all love boohoo ((usually)) but after the actions and arrogance from the employees, we will never be ordering again! I have to now pay a lot of money to my sister as the dress wasn't cheap. So if anyone has anxiety and gets worked up in busy situations please be careful you don't return your item to boohoo by mistake as it's quite obvious it's run by petty, arrogant and ignorant individuals. And Yess you do have it!!! It was tracked!!! And It was a dress for a ball and unfortunately boohoo doesn't have anything to suit that occasion.

Somthing odd about boho lately orders aren't received by customers they no longer have a Facebook and when I track my order its says it's being sent through dai post. upon doing dai post is actually a criminal organisation in which they say their are a post service but instead of posting they will hold items at ransom

When trying to pay using KLARANA the bank id is not allowing your website to open!

I have ordered an outfit for my graduation. The dresses came but the shoes never arrived. I have contacted customer service, they claimed to review footages of the packing and then said the shoes have been packed. They WERE NOT IN THE PACKAGE I received. And I was left with no shoes for graduation and without MY MONEY. I'm really disappointed with this experience and safe to say I'm never ever ordering again from this company!!!

I've bought several times, but this is the last time, customer service is non-existent!!!! I still end up with items that are badly cut and impossible to return,!!! 1 month that I try ts the days, what a waste of tps... deplorable...
