awful customer service
absolutely awful customer service i ordered 14 items and 1 did not show up so i reached out to support and after a week of review they concluded that the item should have been in the package.. even tho it wasnt.. it somehow falls on me and they said there was nothing they could do..

The app is very slow when you delete something out of your like list it reboots and goes back to the top. It's just too slow To even reload the page no I don't have Wi-Fi issues I have no problem with other apps it's just The functioning of the boohoo app. If they get that sorted I'll spend more time on the app

Actually always been okay but according to the app 5 working days I ordered it on Thursday and according to hermes the order is not even in Germany and I need the clothes until the vacation and jz show it 8 working days.
