Very poor app
App hangs playback all the time. It's almost useless. One star more for content in multiple languages accessible in every country, regardless of where you live.

The concept of ebooks being worth hours based on word count gives me a bad experience overall, seeing as Appearantly I read two hours worth of content in one hour... The vagueness of how many hours ebooks are worth and the low amount of hours included on their subscription vs how many hours a book "costs" makes me recommend exploring other services.

No free trial
Due to a bug, I was not allowed to start with the free subscription and now had to pay for it, although I have only just registered. What a pity. I'm a bit disappointed

There was hardly anything to read. Just listen to. Useless opportunities to sort. Bothered me on basically everything with this app.

I was a loyal listener on BookBeat for years... But since the last update, I don't like the app at all... The latest audiobooks are no longer displayed daily and the monthly subscription fees have become outrageous. I am supposed to pay 20 euros for 100 hours???!!! There are better and cheaper alternatives. I canceled my subscription today.

Great app, hardly any glitches and a gigantic outage... My LUB (list of unheard books 😁) is incredibly long. I would also like to have a wish: I would be happy to be able to divide the books from my wish list into categories/folders. Since I usually have a novel or a non-fiction book or something similar, and could then find them faster in my list. Otherwise top!

It's not bad, but it's not for me
I didn't use all the features, but I read a lot and these 100 hours are really not much. The option of buying additional hours is a scam for me. I would rather pay more than have a limit on hours, so I have the impression that I am participating in a financial pyramid. The application does not stutter, smoothly transitions from audio function to e-book. It's a pity that it's not compatible with the reader.

Since the last update, the app has been crashing constantly and it takes forever to get it working again. Very annoying. Hopefully the bug will be fixed soon...

Why is a horrible purple logo suddenly forced on you, just as horrible as the competitor Deezer has introduced? Is that another diversity thing, like Deezer? Why don't you, like many reputable app providers, simply offer "diverse" colored logos in the settings, again the beautiful black one, or is that now also cultural appropriation or blackcolouring?
