Very bad
Very slow to respond. Offers always disappear especially bonus points as soon as you click checkout button! Never fix this bug. Frustrating experience and all is getting worse.

Log In infuriating
It uses facial recognition then tells me I have to change my password. I have done this then go to log in and it tells me I have logged in too many times incorrectly but the facial recognition should override this.

No response to complaints re leaked bottles and poor staff
Good offers but items often out of stock. App doesn't work most of the time, & not in store. For some reason it keeps asking me to add my Advantage card which is already registered. Issues with points impossible to follow up in store with referrals to a helpline. Wasted over an hour on just one day trying to resolve the advantage card issues. Useless chatbot service. Mismatch between information availability on website & app. Boots don't seem to deal with customer complaints. Very frustrating. No improvements made three years later. Cr'app.
