Won't allow to upload or use camera to upload photos for new prescription service. Keeps crashing for repeat prescription service. At the moment the only thing app seems to be able to do is show card and upload offers. Crashing when shopping or using any of the heathcare services

Keeps crashing
App has been very poor of late. When you add or remove things in the basket, it doesn't update the basket. It will then say your basket is empty when you go to pay. Beyond frustrating.

Not recognising points when paying on line
I have tried to pay with points several times when ordering online. Each time I find that I am asked to create an account even though it is clear that I have an already existing, long standing account with points accumulated. Is this a ruse to get us to spend more money online? Never have any problem spending points instore. Can someone explain this please?
