The money is deducted 3 days after the date you downloaded. kk.. 7 days free application use etc. It is imperative to pay attention to the application.

I was abalone to try for 1 week and I forgot, 1999₺ was deducted from my credit card, I asked for a refund, but it was not returned.

I downloaded the app thinking it was free to use. Made and Linked my account, just to find out months later that the app isn't free and they charge $89 a year. I think it's actually more now. I did not get a confirmation email for the charge, just a withdraw out of my checking account. That's money I could have been using to put towards my debt. They did the complete opposite for me by taking my money and putting me further behind. I'd you think this app is free to use then DO NOT download. Does not state in the app detail that they charge that. Not anywhere and now I'm out $89 dollars.

Horrible customer service via the chat. They don't help try to resolve the issue. They just give instructions on how to cancel the membership. Then during that process it informed me that canceling could effect my credit score a lot. So reaching back out to the chat they again suggested the membership cancellation. No upsell, no incentive. Not even a bit of remorse. I'm pretty sure the app developers wouldn't recommend this. I've worked in sales for a long time and this is absolutely horrible. Especially with all my personal identification info Bright Money has on record. I'm feeling bamboozled. Scammed. downloaded this app over a year ago. You guys charged my card $80. I wouldn't mind staying with the membership but when I try to change my phone number it says it already exists. Idk if I used my current number to try to start an account. I don't know why it has another chime credit card number. It won't let me adjust it or anything. I can't find but a couple of emails from bright and they are promotional emails. Is this some type of identity theft? At this point I want a refund and I don't want to be a part of this platform if my identification is at risk.
