Slow
The app is so slow and glitches a lot. Not user friendly and documents never load, regardless of wifi or service

Annoying bug makes app hardly usable.
The app was good till some months ago. Now each time you visit any content page you have to re-login to view that single page, which makes the app hardly usable. [phone]L is aware of the bug, but they still haven't fixed it after all this time. I would expect that they give this top priority.

This app sucks. It doesn't load half the time and when it tries to redirect you to the course it doesn't even do it. Half of it is just slow and doesn't connect to wifi for some reason.

Zoom in disappear
Better alternative for gg online to go brightspace on phones. When i zoom in onto something the whole page just disappears. So annoying.

Great app, easy to use, convenient access to courses, submit assignments from anywhere, get notifications about grades, responses, and announcements, but the layout is a little weird.

The app is great at taking care of needs. However, there isn't a link to directly access the email, which would be convenient. The reason for the low rating is the lack of a "create event" option for assignments that are not directly in Brightspace (be they in another program or in-person). This feature did exist at one point and removing it proves to be majorly inconvenient.

Awful app. Using it for a graduate program and nothing is actually on the calendar etc. It just opens a webpage inside of their app. Wish they'd utilize canvas instead

Unusable
Glitches out and unusable. My device stated there was a bug in the app. It's good for receiving my notifications though. I'm confident you guys will correct the problem. No worries. I will continue using the online version.
