Worst app ever. The app cannot be used. It asks to update phone , but then it states phone already in system. I want to earn points, play the trivia, and enjoy the app like thousands of others. Service recovery is required.

Can’t stay signed in
I've signed-in 6 times and the app doesn't recognize my account and keep me signed in. Keeps asking me sign in 🤦🏻♂️

Lost points
I was signed into this app and i barely go so im not using this app everyday bc bdubs is in a whole different town but i go earlier today and find that they just randomly signed me out and i had to change my number/update my info and change my password which for some reason made me lose my points and start over.
