Very inappropriate language in front of the kids and threw the cup at me after I ordered a Jamaican beef burger.

This app ripped me off Apple Pay money. By allowing me to place and order; taking the money out.. emailing me an order number….. however an order number isn't enough. You also need a code which wasn't provided for me. So you can go up to the Burger King and waste your time and gas. Give them your order number. To be told ; you need a code and that's the only way they can fill your order. Now you need to rely on a chat bot while in line to help you out. Do you have any idea how long it takes to get to the option of “placed and order-but the restaurant didn't receive it” button? It takes a half an hour. Through annoying almost cable tv/internet chat style back and forths which is time ill wish i had on my death bed. It's like going to a restaurant and your card being declined. Yet they charged you still. But you can't talk to an actual person. Instead you chat/email to what I've discovered is a 24/48 hour process ordeal. All for a $13 meal. That only exists in email receipts and deflated Apple Pay money account -$13.. I'd say. Delete this app and save your time and money. Order the old fashion ways there. Unless you want to pay double in the end.

It's so hard to understand the deals in this app. And a lot of them aren't deals really, they're just “dressed up” packages to make it look like deals. Often times it's cheaper to drive up and build your order that way. One time made an order where it told me I was getting a “deal” and it ended up saving me $1 on a $22 order. This is why McDonalds consistently beats BK. In their app, I can get a straight up 25% off coupon EVERY DAY with a mobile order. Clean and simple and comes in handy when ordering for a family. Their rewards are super easy to cash in and use as well. Totally clear. This app is hard to navigate and use and the deals aren't very good at all. A lot of work to be done.

You order stuff then get there to pick up and it's not available. Why don't they update it on the app????

On the app it shows a deal for a free large drink. When I select my store it says “not available at your store” why show me a deal if I can't use it ? It's misleading. False advertising. I went ahead and paid for the large drink cause the coupon wasn't available at my store. Anyway one star because I'm enjoying my free fries. There extremely salty though. Why do they have to be so dang salty ? You might as well give me the box of salt. That's to much salt! Next time I'll ask it be made fresh without salt. If there's a next time doesn't look good though. Anyway thanks for the free fries. I think they gave me a small. When it should of been a large but that's ok. I couldn't take all that salt anyway. Good thing I'm not a snail. 🐌

This Burger King location was disgusting!!! There was flies all over the vegetables and bacon, which the employees were putting on customers burgers and serving it to them!!! Honestly I'm going to call the health department!!!!

Love the app very easy to Order but the in store pick up is another store I order from the same location in Jonesboro rd cause it's near my job at least once a week & there is sneaky a probing with my order but toddy was the breaking point & when I asked for a refund she said we don't do that you have to figure it out however you ordered leaving me stuck with food I dont want they need to be trained better

Don't understand why BK offers an app to where you are supposed to “pass the line “ and you still have to wait forever?!! Sizes of sandwiches are really small for the prices. On a good note… I like your ice coffees usually 😀
