Can't log in on Pixel 8, Android 14. I have another old device where it works well. On Pixel, I enter my email and password and it goes back to the beginning. If I put in a bad password, it returns a good error message. I tried resetting it, reinstalling it etc. No success. I would give 4 stars if I didn't have this problem.

Hi The app doesn't work it won't send email to verify and even the staff at the marks store said it's an ongoing problem but I guess nobody cares to resolve it so the staff tells you how great the rewards program is but you can't register?

Unable to add a candle for my lawnmower to the cart and locate it in the store. The choice of spark plugs only works for vehicles only.

DONT SHOP AT CT ONLINE! WORST SHOPPING EXPERIECE EVER
Still fighting them for my money back after trying to purchase a bbq from them. 2 weeks ago. They couldn't deliver the bbq so I cancelled the order, that's when everything went seriously down hill. Been on the phone daily, assured it was done only to find on the next lengthy customer service call that it wasn't solved and that person just wanted me to go away. They've been saying 3- 5 days for almost a week now and the website says the issue isn't even resolved with the computer. Apparently the computers lack of functioning is to be paid for by the customer. Everyone I talk to says that I deserve the refund but no human employee has the power to give me my money back until they find, figure out and fix this “glitch” no matter how long it might take them. They have stolen from me at this point and if you. Value your hard earned money like I do you will keep it far far out of canadian tires reach. Worst experience ever and it's not even close to over. Ruining my long weekend and my party by taking my cash and giving me absolutely nothing in return except two weeks of being on hold and hearing employees say. “Sorry, there is nothing I can do until the computer is fixed.” Couldn't regret shopping there more than I do, biggest mistake in a long long time.

Fundamentally broken
I want to like this app, but I can't get further than the splash screen. It hangs forever in my iPad. And on my iPhone, it make the whole device so nonresponsive I couldn't even restart. I don't what know what's going on inside, but it is worse than unusable right now.
