Fix your app
I have had to laid the app twice in the last 3 months due to functionality crashes on iPhone. Can't load new beneficiaries. I have to go into the branch every times Sort your app out Capitec

Cant transfer on my app. It keeps saying something went wrong and then kicks me back to sign in page. Im using a Samsung A03 with Android 13. I deleted the app and cleared cache data and app data but still the error persists. Pleasd help me with thia issue.

Verification
App works great, just annoying verifications. I recently just got a new phone and am trying to log in to my capitec app. 1st step is entering card details which is fine and then it asks for me to take a selfie to verify. Now, I'm pretty sure I am myself… so i can't think of a reason why it wont verify. It keeps saying unable to verify, please restart this process. Really annoying, why cant we just stick to sms codes like it used to be?

My app does not seem to work. I spoke to an Capitec assistant, who suggests that I must uninstall the current app and download it again - which I did. It worked for 5 mins and then went back to error state Is there anyone that can assist?
