I can't get this connected to do what I want. I have an indian bike and a galaxy fold 5. Not sure how to pair it all up. I have to sacrifice something to get it to work. Hear music or hear calls thru headset. Not both. I tried unit to bike then unit to phone and even both phone and bike to unit. Very frustrating. Wish I would have researched more instead of buying this unit. To me worthless

Wish I could give it 0 Stars!
I cannot get the cardo to sync to the app!! The cardo has been update and will connect to my friends app ( she has Samsung) but I can not even get it to connect to the iPhone version. I can't tell you how many times I've contact with no answer!!

Excessively dissatisfied - don’t buy till you read this
This app which manages my new Cardo Freecom 4X isn't too bad but the battery life having it paired with my hardware is absolutely awful! My old version of the hardware with an old version of the app lasted TWICE AS LONG! If you think it's ok to have to charge your device every 5 days of 1.5 hours use per day of just listening to music, then go for it but if you're like me and need closer to two weeks of use you then you should look at a different kit.

Issues with Android 14 retaining app>Bluetooth connection. Despite the phone being connected to my4x and paired via BT (able to play music/calls) the app refuses to re-connect to the headset. You have to unpair and forget the Cardo 4x in the mobile BT settings, floce close the app, repair the 4x and then the app will connect again. The app cannot access the BT settings in Android 14 beyond the initial set up. Also, the headset doesn't play well with Android Auto (disables the microphone)

Makes re calls only
I have and it happens to me exactly the same, I start and it remarks itself and it's kind of annoying that all the time it's redialing itself, and I look in options to disable redial and I can't.
