No refunds! Difficult to cancel. If you are signed up, but you never use your account, they will continue to withdraw yearly payments and will not give you a refund, even if you contact them on the day of your payment for the following year. Additionally, the app takes so long to load that you won't want to deal with it.

The worst thing was that they took 60 dollars from me to check my background, they just gave me an answer that they closed it, what's wrong with them, the only thing I know I have is a transit ticket and I already paid it and solved it, and they come to do that, I want to see where I claim so that they return my money and don't make me any more money, At first I was never able to talk to anyone seriously and then they tell me that they close it for me, the only thing they do is take the money and that's it. They should give me my money😡 back

Absolutely do not download this app I got my phone and laptop hacked by using it. It was not safe I was asked to come over to somebody's house to pet sit and they wanted me to be left alone with their husband who I had never met! And told me not to bring anyone else into the house even though I felt unsafe. What was even stranger was that they told me I had to spend the night even though I did not want to be alone with the husband at the house.

Good, but often crashes / glitches
The overall connection between parents and caregivers is good, but the app more often than not glitches, crashes, displays errors, is constantly being updated by the developer in such a way that does not notify the user but instead just fails to load and you have to go check the App Store to discover it's time for a new update (sometimes multiple times per week). It seems like very simple database interaction/language structure, I don't understand why a big company like care.com can't make an app with basic features that work consistently. Some chats don't load, some buttons don't work sometimes, sometimes I'll be in a chat thread and try and click to the caregiver profile and the entire app crashes, etc. Please do better, care.com !
