This app doesn't work. I have uninstalled it and re-download it but it still won't let me log in. Keeps telling me to go to the website. Please fix this, the spp hasn't worked in months.

Flawed App
I would love to give a positive review, but how can I when I can't even register because your app won't allow me to enter my details. Guess I gotta be patient and wait for my reliable plastic card to arrive in the mail! Too bad. This had such promise. For now? F

Scam company.
Ignore the 5 star reviews. Whole thing is set up where you never pay it off if you only make minimum payments, in fact your balance will increase. this is really scummy because people sign up for this when they cant afford a medical procedure.

Life Ruining Greedy Bank, Stay Away
I got this app and card to help my partner pay for dental services. I set up auto pay and forgot about it, thinking this would be a good credit builder, until I checked my credit report and saw this account was over 90 days delinquent. Also, at times I would check the app and it would show “$0.00 due” so I would think my payment was good for the month. They removed auto pay as a feature and didn't push a notification or email, nothing. So now I've got a delinquent credit history because of this, which has caused my other credit lines to get shrunk by as much as NINETY PERCENT 90%. This app and Synchrony have absolutely ruined my credit and has prevented me from finding housing. Stay away. I have begged and pleaded with their customer “service” to help, I have disputed the claims with the credit bureaus, and yet Synchrony insists it's not their problem. If you remove an auto pay feature, it shouldn't fall on my head.

Setup Not Perfect
I like the app now that my account and payment synchronized. It took a few tries to setup. Works great now.

BEWARE: I was one day late on my payment so I was charged $30.00. I was given the option to opt out of the late fee, so I did. 4 days later I was charged an additional $41.00 on top of the $30.00. Which changed my normal payment of $35.00 to $98.00. I paid the bill and got a confirmation number. I received an email the next day stating that there would be more late fees added because I didn't pay my bill. I DID PAY IT. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT LOVES TO RAPE IT'S CUSTOMERS.
