Worst food ordering experience ever
Liars, order was late for 3 hours and after that they lied and said it's the restaurant who was late to prepare...I called the restaurant and they said it's prepared for long time and now the food is cold as the driver didn't came ...the driver on the map showing at the same location far from the restaurant and doesn't move...at the end they refused to cancel and refund my money back !!!! never try ...cancelled my careem plus subscription

Cheating and non-professional
They trying to charge me for ride that the driver canceled. Convincing me that driver was waiting me at the hotel for 9min. Afterall driver canceled to pick up me before he was at the hotel, which can be reviewed of logs so he couldn't wait me for 9min as the conversation was ended before this time.

Worst app in UAE, Recommend you to not use
From rude captains to payments to cars to charges to changing roads to every single detail in the app i gave them a lot of chances every single time they proved me that they are the worst, so so Rude captains and it's the worst service i have ever experienced. Shame.

After several kidnappings, assaults, and rape attempts with the company reluctance in taking all safety measures available and employing captains without making sure of their criminal files or testing for drugs initially and periodically I won't be safe in your cars and won't use your app until all measures are taken to ensure my safety and my family's

I can never find rides
I am so annoyed from this app, it takes way too long to find a ride and then says sorry can't find any drivers. I don't even change or play with the price it's the app set price and never can I find a driver. It didn't used to be like that, but over the past year it's been terrible. So disappointed!

Awful food and staff !!!!
Terrible worst food and came 3 hours late . They promised to send extra side order for being so many hours late and they lied about it. Didn't send anything except cold old horrible food. Awful disgusting people

Very very bad, 10.32 riyals were taken from the card and no one was banned at all, and the technical support was contacted and they say you have been compensated and the conversation closes without completion, is this politeness and respect؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ !!!!!!!!
